Berg Furniture was a wonderful company to work as a Freelance Designer.

I worked directly with the owner and his marketing staff.

They needed a professional designer to draw all of their furniture in Adobe Illustrator and design their tear sheets. This was so when you went to purchase a piece of furniture at USA Baby you could tear off a sheet from where the furniture was displayed and bring it to your salesperson for purchase.

It was also great for the customer to take home because with all the furniture illustrations there where measurements on the back for them to bring home and see what piece fits best in their home.

Truely a wonderful project to work on while between jobs.

Hangbag Designs

I designed all of these hanbags, from choosing the fabrics to creating my own templates and patterns.

Research was done for the colors of the season I was selling in, these bags and colors did well in the Wildwood Craft Show.

This was a hobby business that I started to have another creative outlet.

The business was closed in 2010.

My son is 8 years old and also is very creative.

I went ahead and scanned all his artwork, and placed it in Adobe Illustrator to create vector art. Then finished off each page in Adobe Photoshop and sent it to Walgreens to print.

This was a mother son project for 2010.
